The Airbus A380; also nicknamed the Superjumbo, is the world’s largest passenger airliner. Due to its large size and great passenger capacity, it is usually used for long flights.

At the start of the pandemic, around March 2020 Singapore Airlines had stopped all flights using A380. However, starting from November, the A380 is planned to make a comeback. It has been confirmed by the airline that as of 18 November, flights from Singapore to London using the A380 would resume.

Before long flights with A380 resume, the airline would have flights from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur using the A380 as well, for crew familiarization purposes. This would be the shortest Airbus A380 flight, with actual airborne time being 30-45 minutes.
